Breastfeeding your baby is simple, natural and one of the most valuable gifts a mother can give her baby. We can help support mother and child, particularly during the first few weeks after birth. This help will allow them to continue nursing for months, years, or as long as you wish to continue for the best health of you and your baby.

As one of our community’s most seasoned midwives, Celesta brings a wealth of knowledge to the women she serves.
Celesta has been providing midwifery services since 1987. She has attended countless home births and helped hundreds of women through their childbearing and menopausal years using natural and healthy techniques geared to each woman’s individual needs. She has worked tirelessly to promote the midwifery model of care in her state and around the world: including travel to Mexico, Singapore, Fiji, Germany, Greece, and Africa, where she helped the "Sally Project" to open a family health care center in Uganda. She has had her own “Voice America” radio talk show sponsored by the California Association of Midwives called “Celesta Rannisi’s Timely Topics in Childbirth” and can be heard here in her radio show archives. Her articles have been published in the international magazine, "Midwifery Today" and she has spoken at midwifery conferences and workshops in the US and abroad.
